Ordering
Our invitations are handmade to order and can be personalised to compliment your wedding theme. Follow our simple and easy online ordering process, once you complete checkout we will begin producing your invitations.

Prior to printing we will send you a PDF proof to be checked and approved by you.

Delivery
Normal production time is 3-10 working days after proof approval dependent on your chosen invitation.
Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days after dispatch. We also offer an express service should you require a faster turnaround, please ask prior to placing order.

Viewing
You are welcome to visit our showroom in Nottingham to view our invitations prior to placing an order and ask any questions you may have.

Returns
As all invitations are personalised we do not accept any returns or offer refunds, it is your responsibility to check all proofs before you approve for production.
